Four Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) employees are among 13 suspects arrested at Mombasa Port yesterday by detectives investigating loss of cargo. Last evening, KPA Managing Director Catherine Mturi-Wairi said the suspects are expected to appear in court on Monday.
